Shipping (Returns)
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure all returned items are sent using a traceable shipping method with a valid tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged prior to delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase from coye.com.au is required.
Extended Holiday Returns
To make holiday shopping easier, Coye offers extended returns during the Christmas period. Purchases made between 1 November and 25 December may be returned up until 25 January, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Extended returns apply only to purchases made through coye.com.au.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in-store, please contact us directly and our team will be happy to assist with your return.
