How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders processed locally typically arrive within 5–7 business days.You’ll receive full delivery details in your confirmation email.
What are your delivery charges?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please supply the correct postcode for accurate delivery charges. We provide free shipping on orders over $50 in Australia.
Does Product come with warranty?
Coye will replace any faulty product at no cost to the customer. This warranty is valid for24 months from the date of purchaseand does not cover any consequential damages or associated costs. Please refer to our warranty card for full terms and conditions.
How can I pay with Afterpay?
To use Afterpay you will need:
- To be over 18 years of age
- Have a verifiable and valid email address and mobile number
- Use an authorised Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase
Other important Afterpay information
- Afterpay is now available for Coye purchases online at www.coye.com.au.
- The funds required for your first payment to Afterpay must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.
- If you wish to return your Afterpay purchase, Coye's normal returns policy applies.
- If a payment is due from you, but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a late payment fee will be charged.
